Tenant Trust:
Mobile App/Design Feature (UX/UI)

1. User Flowchart
Young renters currently have no reliable way to know what a landlord is like before signing a lease. This leads to poor rental experiences, unexpected living conditions, and unfair treatment.

2. Storyboards
The storyboard shows two contrasting renter experiences:
• A positive case, where a tenant uses the review system to find a great landlord and feel secure in their decision.
• A negative case, where a tenant has no access to reviews and ends up in a bad situation with no accountability.
The storyboard helps bring the emotional side of the renter journey to life. It’s useful for sharing with stakeholders to show the human cost of not having transparent systems. It also sets the tone for how the feature supports both tenant empowerment and landlord accountability.

3. Storyboards
This video takes a TikTok-style approach to pitch “Tenant Trust” directly to renters in a way that’s fast, relatable, and engaging. This is one of the most engaging platforms for this target audience.
It focuses on:
• Showing the typical pain of renting without review access.
• Demonstrating the feature in action.
• Creating a sense of empowerment.
This ad helps to sell the value of the feature to a younger and quickly promote the feature. It showcases Tenant Trust as part of a shift toward renter rights and accountability in the housing market. Using a direct, personal tone, it aligns with social-first behaviour and encourages peer sharing.
