Sustainably Styled: Fashion Discovery App
This project explores a user-centered approach to making sustainable fashion more accessible and appealing to young adults. Through user research based on my research question below, usability testing and iterative design, I created an app that addresses the needs and wants identified by the user group.
"How might we support young people aged 20-25 to discover affordable and trendy sustainable clothing, while also educating them so they can consume more ethically"?
The app helps users discover sustainable and stylish clothing through detailed sizing filters, a digital wardrobe, and a ‘Style Me’ feature that curates outfits based on personal preferences. By addressing common barriers such as affordability, trendiness, and lack of awareness, the app aims to simplify the journey toward sustainable fashion choices.
